I cannot vouch for the science behind what this product is supposed to do. I suggest, if you already haven't, to research what this is for and the science behind it.That said, I have used this, just not enough to showcase a drastic change. I got this for the intention of building muscle in my legs specifically for balance as I aggressive rollerblade and BMX. So strong legs are necessary. All the exercises and stretches I do are a lot harder to do on this thing, so I, by experience, believe this works.I do live the build of it. It's solid, and it has some serious suction cups on the bottom to help on hardwood floors and such. They do really well in keeping the machine secure as it moves. It moves. I mean this thing can get strong at the highest setting. You'll feel whatever you're doing on this once you're off.I'd recommend this. This is my first, so I may look into others just to compare, but for the time being this is doing great for me.

I have been using the Fairgom Vibration Plate Exercise Machine for several days, and I am loving it. I love how simple it is to use, and I especially love the way my body feels after each session, which is usually 10 or 15 minutes long. After each use, not only do I feel like I've had a good workout, I feel energized. It came with easy-to-understand instructions and a remote that uses 2 AAA batteries. I'm somewhat puzzled by the short length of the electric cord that comes with it because this requires the machine to be placed close to the outlet unless an extension cord is used. Additionally, although the included manual provides some information and illustrations on exercise positions for targeted results, I wish it included more. I feel that this manual shows very little variety in positions, and it doesn't show any illustrations of use with accessories like I’ve seen with other vibration plates.

For the price I didn't expect much. I was surprised at how heavy and strong it is. The remote control is a little confusing so I suggest you read the manual. I had some odd sensations right off. You aren't going anywhere but you're legs sure feel like it. I'm a big man but this thing didn't seem to notice. The motor is plenty strong. The vibration can go in various patterns and with speed from 1 to 99. It's a blast. The instructions are badly trasnlated but you'll get it. My wife has Osteoporosis so she'll need to check with her Dr before using it. It really gets the blood moving but safety first.

Seemed nice upon first opening and using. I used it a couple times and was genuinely surprised at the workout it gave me and it seemed to help with lymphatic drainage as well.It worked twice and then broke. I did not abuse or and I barely even moved the thing. It simply just stopped working. I can't get it to turn on anymore. It does have a fuse on the back but the fuse still has continuity.Do not buy!

This vibration plate is decent. It has a very wide range of intensity and speed. My teen dancer and figure skating kiddo love it to work on their core stability, and I have found it helps with leg strength after a day of sitting at my desk. The really big downside is the logistics. The cord of the machine is very short so you either need a secondary extension cord or to stand right at the wall where it's plugged in. The other downside is that this ONLY works if you have the original remote. It has to be turned on physically on the machine, then the remote is needed to make it move at all. It just took a misplacement of the tiny remote to render this unusable.

I got this exercise, vibrating plate with no expectations, but I wanted to try it out and see if there’s anything to it. I’m actually enjoying the vibrating while I am working my muscles to balance and hold steady on the plate, because I have double prosthetic hips. This is actually really good for working the glutes and thigh muscles that I need to beef up a little bit after my surgeries. I can’t say if it is working to firm up any import muscle yet, but we will see. No matter what so far it’s a good way for me to do some of my post surgical physical therapy.

This would be a good vibration plate to start your heath journey with. It’s pretty simple. You plug it in and turn it on using the base and from there on you have to use the remote. It’s important that you do not lose the remote. The device is useless without it. I took a star for that reason. I would like to be able to use the plate without needing a remote. The remote itself is cheaply made and feels like it won’t last long. The vibration plate feels heavy duty tho. It has multiple modes you can choose for exercise plans. You just choose the mode you want and the vibration plate goes thru the cycle of speeds and times. If you don’t want to use a mode you can set the vibration from 1-120. The plate runs for 10 minutes unless you change the time it runs. This is good for exercise and relaxation.

I got it for the potential lymph drainage benefits. It absolutely works with tired muscles and recovery after a workout. I don’t know if I believe the 10mins=1000 pushups claim, but it feels nice and you absolutely can incorporate it into workouts. I’m very pleased with it.
