The product came very quickly and very well packaged. It is very sturdy and has multiple levels of vibration. It provides a great workout along with the stretch bands. It is pretty low profile as I store it under my bed no problem. It does suction to the floor which is a plus. I did take a picture of the front of it because that is where the power on/off switch is. Overall, it is easy to use and would highly recommend it!!!!

I totally love this vibration plate. It works every muscle in your body once used you will feel so relaxed and tension free its vibration goes from high to low its Bluetooth and most of all you will definitely sweat it's worth every penny.

I absolutely love my Vibration Plate Exercise Machine! This machine has quickly become a staple in my daily routine, and I’m already seeing great results. This is a very nice vibration plate. I use it for sculpting and loosening my lower back. It works great and seems very durable.

Love this as a great addition to my home gym. I use it for lymphatic drainage, O2 circulation, strength & balance training! When I feel a little tired in the afternoons I hop on for 3-4 mins and it’s better than a shot of caffeine! And…it is fun!Highly recommend you get one now🙌

I purchased this to help get more circulation following a knee surgery. I feel like it’s beneficial however I don’t put my surgical leg on it- it seems to aggravate my knee. I stand on a yoga block to stay level. I wish I could disconnect the blue tooth option, it doesn’t sound that great, It over rides my very nice portable speaker. It’s sturdy and stable.After a few more uses of it I decided to return it because my phone calls and text messages came through on the speaker. I just don’t like all that technical disruption.
