My son bought this for me for Christmas so I could listen to my albums. The turntable arm does not return to off position the record just stops with the arm having to be manually removed. Both speakers have static in them like their busted. You would think that it would at least have a decent set of speakers. It looks nice

I received this item in a mfgr's carton that was not new and was partially openedOne of the speakers had a loose partIt's VU meters only work at unacceptably high levelsWhen scanning FM stations you have to use the remote control instead of the item's buttons or presets will deleteMajor Issue -- The sound level on this device cannot be played at a level lower than Level 1, and Level 1 is much too loud! (Range is 1 to 30) Even turning one of the speakers off does not mitigate the problem. The inability to lower the volume to a soft, low, less annoying level can be very frustrating and "music to fall asleep by" is not an optionMajor Perks -- I was drawn to this item because of it's attractive design, the dedicated bass and treble buttons, and it's ample wattage. (Mfg specs state the item is 50 watts but the 2023 model that I was sent states the item is 37 watts)

Sounds very good. Record and CD player both work well. Very pleased with purchase.

Sound was decent but the CD player didn't play all CDs for some reason.

This was received as a gift. It's a great product. The separate record and CD player remind me of my stereo in high school! The audio functions and quality are great.
