It was a perfect piece for the first 2 days. It’s a pressed wood (at this price point -I paid $40 - I wasn’t surprised) however in the first 48 hours the strips began to split. Literally splits going along several seams across the top and bottom. I reached out to the seller and they would not replace it. Never mind it is DOUBLE in price and wouldn’t give me a full refund. I had just had surgery and am unable to travel to an ups to ship back. I was extremely disappointed to say the least. They gave me $12 back. Which is no where near enough to replace it.

die tischplatte ist aus 6 verleimten schichten sehr massiv und sehr schön hergestellt. beidseitig in seidenmatt lackiert, sieht sehr gut aus! ein möbelstück für alle ewigkeit.

I used it to make a coffee table. I am using it outside, so I gave it a couple of coats of ourdoor varnish. Very solid and looks great
