I got these after owning a couple of other pairs of Viktos Range boots, so I decided to give these a try as a pair to run errands in, or go to a casual dinner with friends, etc.I’ve had them for a few weeks now, and they definitely seem to be just as sturdy as the others I’ve owned. Good ankle support, nice materials, and quality shoelaces with the little metal end caps. No issues with staining, even after wearing them through a pretty heavy rainstorm.Overall a nice pair of boots for when you need something nice but not dressy.

I had the earlier version of the 1911 boot. I loved the boots. The new boots are good as well. The sole is a bit thicker and it took a bit longer to break in the boot but otherwise no complaints. The boot is well made. I do private security work so I'm on my feet a lot. Great boot if your on your feet a lot.

I have a pair of Johnny Combat boots for work that I love, so I snagged these. After breaking them in I can say they’re the most comfortable boots I own. Solid material and and a great sole

These boots perform right out the box with no break in period needed. Hit the trail with them right away. Impressive

At first the ankle area of shoe feels stiff like cardboard untill you break them in. In very heavy rain the boot will get drenched however it is only water resistant not waterproof.

Great boots for the price! They did take some break in due to the stiff upper. I got my regular boot size and they fit perfect. They have plenty of room in the toe box and I was pleasantly surprised with a gusseted tongue. I went ahead and waxed them with snow seal like I do everything and now they are even more water resistant.
