I installed 4 surveillance cameras a long distance from the DVR & my conduit was not large enough to run 4 separate RG59 Siamese cables through it so I ran one CAT6 & used these along with one 12 volt power cable. Several months later, they are working great. All cameras are 1080P minimum and one of then is a 5MP cam & all have great pictures through these baluns.

Works as described, was able to run cat5, only thing I have an issue with it seems that there is a slight ghost image. Other than that works like a charm.

They are 1/4 the cost of the ones I get through my LV wholesale distributor, they work great for HD TVI systems, the cable pigtail makes them even more easy to use! I bought 4) 4-packs and I will keep buying these in the future!!

Worked great for me. Price was right. Easy to install. You may need some BNC to BNC female to female adapters if you're connecting a camera. I had to use one adapter on each end.

The product package stated falsely as it said no power required which turns out to be a lie the Camera's didn't show any better than the regular video balun

this item worked, however, the balun does not have a positive or negative marking. The connectors are color coded red and black. One would think that red is positive and black is negative. That was not the case. Reversed polarity. Caused troubleshooting time which costs money. Now that I know, it shouldn't be an issue. It will be an issue for anyone who comes after me to troubleshoot.

I was leary about this type item because the previous ones I have used just didn't fit snug. I believe because this brand has the pigtail that it may work better. Only time will tell, but so far no issues. I didn't need as many that came in the package, but if the connection on the back of the DVR loosens, at least I will have extras.
