Well u get five stars because they look and light up like my other ones , whether they hold up like the others that’s hard to determine unless mother time is involved but I gave you 5 stars until proven otherwise. My other ones have been in here for over 10 years !!ðŸ‘

I needed a bulb to keep my water pump house warm during a freeze. Since LEDs operate much cooler, this "Vinaco PAR38 Flood Light Bulbs, 4 Pack High Output PAR38 Halogen Flood Light 100W 120V" does the trick. The only thing I noticed "funny" was the bulb base is made of aluminum instead of brass. I guess this is okay for my purposes.

Bought these as a replacement for now-discontinued 90W GE/Sylvania FL30 PAR38 bulbs (i.e., 30 degree flood). Installed side by side with GE/Sylvania bulbs; color temp does not match and is slightly warmer. Manufacturer claims 2800K, but it looks more like 2600K (or at least something less than 2700K) compared to other brands. I also purchased Lachesan PAR38 bulbs, which were an exact match to the old GE bulbs in every way.I'm not saying these are bad; they work fine and dim nicely. If you are using all these same bulbs in every fixture in the room, then you won't notice any issue, it's just when you mix these with other brands. -1 star only because the claimed 2800K color temp isn't.

I bought 40 of these, 10 cases of 4 last November (2023) for $450+ ($10+ each bulb). I have 4 left as of 10/30/2024. The last one I changed today 10/30/2024 was replaced 7/14/2024 for a total life of 3 months. I will NEVER buy these again. I have to give 1 star to get this posted. I wish I could give negative stars!Mike Swinson
