Before Frist Use:
This operation strengthens the non-stick function of the pan. It can be performed even after the first use.
- Wash the pan with warm soapy water
- Sprinkle the pan with oil
- Use a sponge to distribute it evenly
- Heat the pan on the stove for about 3 minutes, during this time the oil will be absorbed (Be careful not to ignite )
- Clean the pan with kitchen paper to remove excess oil
BASIC CREPE RECIPE
for Vinchef fans! Enjoy the cooking moment!
- Whisk together the flour and the eggs in a large bowl. Gradually add in the milk and water, stirring to combine. Add the salt and butter; beat until smooth.
- Heat a lightly oiled crepe pan over medium high heat. Pour the batter onto the pan, using approximately 1/4 cup for each crepe. Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly.
- Cook the crepe for about 2 mins, until the bottom is light brown. Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side. Serve hot.
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted

The Vinchef Nonstick Crepe Pan is truly non stick, it works great for eggs, I use it every day and my granddaughter loves it for grill cheese sandwiches. Cleans up great. I use it on an induction cook top. I noticed a couple of reviewers mentioned the handle was loose, you need to tighten it firmly because it has a washer to tighten next to the pan. I would highly recommend this pan.

We found this pan is useful cooking just about anything. Don't limit your thoughts to only bring this pan out for crepes or pancakes. This pan works great on my largest induction burner. Very light weight & a breeze to clean too!

Handle is not heat resistant and became loose after few uses. Pan is very good in shape, but handle is too loose to use. How can I get a spare/replacement handle only? Don't want to throw this good pan just for a handle and become an eco unfriendly person.
