Great seller, horrible waranty support. I bought this to finish off a $50,000 wine room and it worked great for about three months. Then the temperature sensor went out and it would run all the time. It took 2 months for the company to send a repair man who ended up not repairing it. Then it took nearly another month to get them to send a replacement unit!!! It is a horrible company when it comes to backing their products. I was completely stunned at their inaction. When you are dealing with serious wine collectors, you do not want an upscale company ignoring a faulty product. If the unit works, then you are good. If it has a problem, the company will drag their feet as long as they can. Extremely unprofessional. I've since started going to other brands like cellar pro. I'm not getting burned by vinotemp again. Done with them.

Bought a wine cabinet that looked and worked great. Custom construction, looked great and worked OK. Purchase and delivery went as scheduled. All was good. Refrigeration unit started failing. Asked for help and referred to local repairman who advised unit was "toast". No detail. Contacted seller, Vinotemp, shipped unit to them and it's been sitting there for weeks. Terrible support if there's a problem. Same experience as another reviewer. Unit is a Wine Mate WM 2500-HDZ. These folks are also the manufacturers of the unit.
