I lift heavy, and often. I use these straps 4 times a week for bench press, dumbbell presses, and shoulder presses. I’m on my second pair now, the first lasted me about 18 months before the Velcro started to deteriorate. They fit great and I notice a huge difference in my lifts when I use these straps. I can lift more and my wrists aren’t sore at all. Compared to the prices of other wrist straps out there, I was worried that for this low price, they wouldn’t work well. I’m happy to say that they work phenomenally and I would highly recommend these!

Jacked up my wrist in a E bike accident 5 months ago. Used that as an excuse to stop lifting. Slowly started to get back into working out but my weak wrists were stifling my potential gains. Bought these bad boys on a whim a couple weeks ago and now I'm doing legit 25-40% more weight at higher intensity then before. The stability is crucial for chest and shoulder days, but now I just use them all the time. Also work great for heavy bag work and I even use them on the hunting lease when lifting 50lb bags of corn. I like the thumb loop it keeps it from sliding, My fit bit works fine pushed up high on the arm. I recommend them even if you don't have wrist issues. They feel solid and are totally adjustable.

Have a wrist issue that has been since birth. Trying to curl dumbells and barbells can be an issue. These wrist straps were a HUGE help today as I did bicep curls!! Easy to use and strong velcro closure!

I would always get pain on the outside of my wrist when lifting curls. These definitely helped. It's really just an elastic band that goes around your wrist 3 times but it does the trick. Only had them a week but so far so good.

Straps fit really good and I like the size of them it really helped wrapping around my wrist and staying tight for my workouts. Good quality if you’re in the need of wrist wraps

For the price awesome product. Some of the other wrist straps are too stiff. This one is firm but overly so. For a price tag under $10, a great deal

They work fine. They do their job properly, only issue is they are too big and bulky. Impossible to wear the watch allongside. I will use them as replacement for a narrower option.
