To take apart a vinyl fence to repair broken sections, dig and remove cemented fence posts, dis-assemble and re-assemble fence parts?

Directions for Use
Step 1 — Prepare. Wiping the area round the hole or crack with dry tissue or towels.
Step 2 — Measurement. Measuring the size of hole or crack on siding.
Step 3 — Clipping. Cut the thin repair patch based on the hole size.
Step 4 — Covering. Peel the backing paper and apply to siding, pressing patch from one side to the other in case of bubbles and you will see the woodgrain pattern will appear.
Step 5 — Painting. Paint to conform to the existing siding color. More coats are recommended.
Why not use general tape to repair?
Genaral tape is not to stretch, insufficient strength, and fragile to high temperature.
While ours is thin and durable; resistant to water, oil; flexible; with excellent corrosion resistance.

Easy to use. It is rather thin so you can see the hole in the siding under the material. You may need a couple of coats to hide the hole.

I have a vinyl roller window blind that was wearing out at the bottom, and had some tears from being handled in the same place daily for years. I hoped this would make a decent patch. Even though I cleaned the surface with isopropyl first, the patch started unpeeling after a week and left a sticky residue. The material is also thin. Maybe this would be useful for perfectly flat and smooth surfaces that don’t see lots of wear and tear.

I used a spray on adhesive I already had to ensure that it would stick. It did well! It rained/poured a few hours after applying and painting it and it HELD! I even applied it to corners!!
