Before these I had a cheaper kind that during the course of a couple games like 3 or 4 would break. With these after hours of play none have broken, though you do need to straighten them out with your fingers from time to time as they seem to kind of bend as you might expect when they don’t strike the target from a perpendicular angle.

These tips are terrible. I break anywhere from 5-10 tips a night while throwing darts and yes I’m hitting the board. The tips are just too thin to take the impact. I would never buy again.

So I recently discovered my 25+ year-old darts weren't "2ba" size. Haven't used them for a long time, and broke my last tip. By elimination, I ordered these 1/4" tips. They arrived today, so I haven't actually used them, but I installed one on a dart. They DO fit, but it's a tight fit. If they were metal, they probably wouldn't, as the threads seem slightly different than the original tips. I certainly won't have to worry about them loosening during play. They should work, and seem durable. I subtracted one star because of the tight fit, which I'm guessing is just because my darts are older.

Absolute junk, 1 game of cricket, broke 5 tips, and it was not a long game, other tips last about 35 games. most dont stick in the board.. they bounce back out, they are pure junk, I wasted my money on this don't make the same mistaketried it on many boards same result.I'd rate them a zero if a could..

They are not as resilient as I had hoped as the tips bend easier than I thought. You may go through a couple in an evening of darts.

We have a electronic dart board hanging in our Pub Room at home and because it's used so much, having a good amount of replacement tips on hand is important. There are two sizes of soft tips; 1/4 inch and 2ba. If you have the cheap red, blue and yellow bar darts you need these tips. If you have darts with interchangeable flights, you probably need 2ba tips. Overall these are exactly what I needed and the price is reasonable.

Hard to find 1/4" tips but in this case keep looking. They are way too small and slick to stick in the board. Not one in a hundred will stay in. They're going back
