I bought a nice set of 18 gr darts, but the teenagers quickly bent and broke the tips. I decided to try the shorter tips, and I’m glad I did. They are much more durable, and stick in the board just as well as the long tips. The flight is just as good. Also, the hole in the tip makes it easy to screw the tips in tightly - another plus. I would buy these again, but my box of 100 will probably outlast the dartboard.

these are very durable. i would definitely go with the shorter ones over the longer tips any time. if you haven't tried them go ahead and purchase you will be pleased.

I have nothing to compare them to size wise. I use the longer tips from this place. They give alot more than these little blue ones. We tend to break quite a bit. Still, the throw good, my wife likes them...

We were looking for better tips to stick in our Arachnid dart cabinet. While they do still well, they are also extremely brittle! My husband and I play 4-6 games each night and we each break at least 5 tips each. No we’re not awful dart players! They don’t have a lot of bend. They snap in the same spot every time.

I tried some super short dart tips from a friend of mine and loved them. I figured I'd order some too since they worked so well. I got these in and they constantly break. Every few times I throw in a game I have to replace the tips. I just quit using these and borrowed some from my friend because these wouldn't stop breaking.

First off I will say that we are playing outside on a brick wall, we have been playing for several weeks almost daily with these tips. We have broken a few but they have been bent many times and straightened back out with out any problem. Our previous tips that came with the darts broke in less than a day of playing. We got the blue tips so we knew they where the new ones. Definitely recommend these tips!

I have yet to replace the tips. Because they are short, they don't bend. The only thing with the short tips is they bounce out easier so I suggest you use a heavier dart.

Good thing I got 1000...thin and brittle break 3 or 4 per game...won't buy these again and do not recommend them for anyone in a league...frustrating having to fiddle with your darts in the middle of a game
