I am normally a Crimson Trace guy but they dont make one for the MAX. I tried the Veridian in green, it is visible in the daytime and I cant imagine buying another red laser. Fits well , easy to install. It is ambidextrous , push on/off. Not as expensive as CT either. Zero was close. dropped a little lock-tite on the adjustment screws with a toothpick as the seemed a little loose.Only shot it once so far.I would recommend this laser.

This fits perfect and is easy to install. I use a med sticky pocket holster and it fits nice. It will not fit in my desantis holster after installing the laser. It still fits in my pocket and it's bright. Definitely keeping it.

Bright green light. Battery very hard to install. Assembly screws are T6 torx, wrenches furnished. Mounts tightly to gun.

It does works great and it was very easy to install. I did have to purchase a new holster that will fit the gun after installing this laser. It did not make the gun any heavier or different.

I had the Holosun 507k green dot optic on my Springfield Armory Hellcat Pro. But I was still very inaccurate with that setup, and I don't knock the Holosun optic for that. For me, the optic was too difficult to zero and get a consistent aim with it. This was super-easy to install and it fit like Springfield Armory made it themselves. Zero'd it in with a cheap 9mm laser bore sight. I like that I can still use the sights on my Hellcat Pro if I choose. I have two other full size pistols (S.A. XDM Elite and S.A. 1911 Range Officer and don't need any optics to be pretty darn accurate with those, but this really helps me with my concealed carry compact.

Lacks the bells and whistles of the other major brands and...I don't miss them one bit! Had to return the "L" brand twice for quality control issues. Viridian is simple ambi on/off and has been holding zero through last few hundred rounds. Also...the emitter is a little more protected from gunpowder "haze" than the others. If there's a downside to the Viridian it's that it's just a hair less contoured. Ever so slightly more squared off in front of trigger guard compared to "L" brand but I'll take function over style anytime!
