In addition to the fragile all-plastic construction pf the laser sight, unlike E Series for other popular brands that fit the front contour of, and grip, the trigger guard, this unit, with Walther P22 clearly designated on the box, which has a trigger guard with a rectangular front edge. When mounted on the pistol as detailed on the quick start card, this Viridian red E laser sight just kisses the front edge of the trigger guard, has no extension to cradle the bottom edge, and leaves an unsightly 1/2 inch gap between the trigger guard and body of the laser sight.My expectation for the same price was that it would fit like the Walther OE laser sight, whch it does not, and to be fair, I chose the Vridian because the OE Walther is sold out or otherwise unavailable on Amazon and all the popular online "gun" stores and sporting goods resellers such as Bass Pro and Cabela's.Considering the fragility of the construction, and mount on a plastic rail, I have no confidence it will hold a dot or stay attached on the range with 40 grain 22lr cartridges in the magazine.Very disappointed ... fact is, Walther P22s are ubiquitous because of their price and universal availability, so I'm mystified that Viridian has not recognized the opportunity to generate revenue and enhance the reputation of its brand with this product, even though it is for the lowly 22lr (or a pellet pistol), and might be an embarrassment in the community of hairly chested gunowners who boast about taking on a raging grizzly or ruttiong bull moose with a.40 cal or 10MM handgun.

This is a joke... can't even get 3 rounds off before it's about to fall off the gun. By 5 rounds it is guaranteed to be on the floor or down the firing range. Complete garbage. If I didn't lose it at the range, I'd return it
