It is rare for me to be so impressed that I write a review on Amazon, but I felt the need to tell the world about this product. My wife and I are so impressed with this product. It is everything it advertises. The picture quality is amazing on our cell phones and the sound quality is very good. It gives my wife the ability to check on the baby (and probably me too) while she is at work. I use it when I work in the basement office to see or hear the baby in our second floor nursery. The setup was super easy once I reset the WIFI button. My only small complaint is the feedback if the portable video monitor (or your cell phone) is in the same room as the camera. However, a small price to pay for all the awesome features it gives you. This product is definitely a lifesaver and worth every penny sent!!!!

Had this camera for a few months. BY FAR the WORST baby camera I have ever bought and I’m kicking myself that I even bought this*terrible camera quality* temperature beeper always going on monitor even though I set it too the highest and lowest setting no matter what it goes off repeatedly-both cameras NEVER work together no matter how many times I restart and try again. Unplug my WiFi router and try again, nothing- last thing that takes the cake is the wire broke in one of the cameras and stuck inside the camera we have to tweeze out just to get the rest of it out.Another annoying this is the volume button. Why do I have to click through so many things just to turn the volume up or down. For Christ sake have it on the actually front of the monitor.This thing is straight trash. Don’t even bother, please. I wish I could give zero stars.

Pros: clear image, VOX mode, phone app option, varying light displays for levels of noise.Cons: bright light indicator always on when plugged in, very long hold required to turn on or off.

Will not pair with NEW Android phones, does not recognize Bluetooth. Customer service is a joke, don't waist your money, buy a better brand that actually cares about their customers, than just making money.What happened to customer service. I've received the same e-mail response to 3 separate emails. All stating their product has an upgrade, but funny the device is up to date!! No upgrade available. Complete joke, zero stars finish could.

The negatives are clearly outweighing the benefits.The positives:- 2 camera's on 1 monitor (honestly, I don't understand why the market is so lacking here)- Good daytime picture quality- Wifi (those radio monitors don't have the reach, this has)- Room Temp + humidity detection- Feeding time intervals notifications / alarms.- Common monitor stuff like VOX, Lullabies etcNegatives:- Chinese company, worried about privacy. Cloud connected. Turning on private mode removes settings that aren't related to private mode at all, just to nag you to turn this setting on. Like all detection features, even night vision, lol. There is 0 need to require the cloud for that, other than data-collection and forcing you to use It.- Annoying endlessly repeating notifications with bad control over them and settings spread all over the place- Nothing is complete, camera control not possible with the parent unit, but with the app. Certain settings you need the parent unit and can't be done the same with the app. So you need both, neither of them are stand-alone really.- Camera's constantly lose connection, "waiting for encrypted signal" is usually the message then.- Terrible mic (can't hard understand what I'm saying over the monitor)- Bad audio quality (speakers distort at normal levels already)- Motion / action / Cry detection, none of them work / offer anything useful. Motion is found without motion, turning the camera away from the baby. Cry detection alert overrides the sound of the baby, so turning that off Is better as It already triggers on sound. Action? No idea what this is supposed to do. Gives alerts without seeing any action.- Badly designed mobile app, why not just mirror the parent monitor's interface and options? It's not UX friendly at all. Hard to find essential settings, lack of control of how you want them.- Slow responsive interface on the parent monitor.- No mount supplied for the camera's. Can't find one separately either.- Camera angle isn't sharp enough to look down to the baby at a reasoable normal distance- not having a mount completes the lack of options to even get a proper frame of your baby (almost impossible).- Nightvision flickers insanely, to the point It's hardly usable without getting an epilepsy attack.- Lack of control of settings on both the app and monitor- Expect grammar issues or wrong instructions here and there like most Chinese companies do (I.e. tells you to press the reset button 5s, but they refer to the Wifi buttons, those things). It always makes me wonder how serious they take things like security with obvious silly mistake like these.Bottom-line, It's not stable, It's annoying and there's a huge privacy concern with not being able to use It without the cloud. And It's then quite expensive.Decided to go with audio only monitor and TAPO cams just to check on a distance If needed.

Die Verarbeitung ist sehr hochwertig: sowohl Babystation als auch Elternstation. Alle Netzteile haben denselben USB C Anschluss (top)! Es fühlt sich alles sehr wertig an.5 Sterne weil: es sowohl auf Bewegung als auch Lautstärke reagiert und zwar unabhängig welches Bild gerade den Ton überträgt: also wir haben den Splitscreen und die Geräusche wechseln von Kamera A zu B kontinuierlich. Wenn jetzt aber gerade B aktiv ist und Kind A schreit ist es bei anderen Kameras so, dass es nicht sofort aktiv wird, sondern erst wenn der automatische Wechsel stattfindet.Einrichtung WLAN:War erst nicht so einfach, da ein Kennwort keine Sonderzeichen enthalten darf, die Fehlermeldung aber eine andere war. Der Kundenservice hat innerhalb von 24h genantwortet und geholfen.Babykamera:Das Licht blinkt sobald die Elternstation ausgeschaltet ist. Das ist im Gegensatz zu dem Modell ohne WLAN deutlich heller und ich empfinde es als störend, so dass ich das Stromkabel entfernen muss. Bin noch dran eine eine Lösung zu finden.Ansonsten ist die Bedienung der Elternstation relativ selbsterklärend. Anfangs war ich irritiert über den Alarm, welcher aufgrund der Zimmertemperatur ausgelöst wurde: hier können Werte zur Höchst-/Niedrigsttemperatur hinterlegt werden.Skeptisch bin ich noch, ob die WLAN Verbindung wirklich sicher ist oder ob sich dort jemand reinhacken könnte. Daher benutzen wir es nur selten mit dem Handy.Service: sollte irgendwo eine Unklarheit sein, ist das Serviceteam schnell zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit.

An sich eine Gute Kamera. Man hat ein gutes Bild und inder Dunkelheit läßt sich alles erkennen. Was nur stört ist der lauter Einschaltgong beim einschalten der Kamera. Es ist fast unmöglich nachträglich die Kamera zu platzieren ohne das schon schlafendes Kind mit den lauten Bereitstellungston zu wecken.
