I was looking for a larger computer chair because my previous one was quite smaller and felt too tight around the hips. Since im 6'2 and 220lbs I needed a large, sturdy and above all comfortable chair. I came upon this one by searching "large gaming computer chair". Being that it was on the cheaper side than most I was a bit skeptical but I went ahead and bought it. It only took 3 days to arrive and I immediately put it together which was really simple to do. After testing it out for a couple of days I'm really excited to say that it was worth it. The main cushion is flat and large at almost 22" wide. The lumbar cushion is adjustable and removable if needed. The neck pillow is also adjustable and removable. The foot rest extends out and is really comfortable and sturdy too. For right now I am really happy with this chair and would recommend it to anyone.

I work from home and need to sit in my chair 10+ hours a day. Assembly was easy and I sat in the chair for a while and could tell it just would not work for me so I returned it. Customer service contacted me and was really nice about everything. It seems to be well built and looks nice. I’m a big guy, but well within the weight capacity of the chair, and I did not feel like there were any issues with the sturdiness of the chair. I would recommend you give it a shot.

Being a larger person I was specifically looking for a quality gaming chair. Most chairs in the market max out at 250-300lbs. This is the next size up. So, I purchased the chair with high hopes from some really good and specific reviews. Ordering was easy, set up was easier still. (I also purchased the "roller blade casters" because I really don't like the basic plastic casters furniture comes with these days. This is not a fault of this seller, but industry wide.) So, the chair set up easily and holds my frame while I'm gaming/working at the computer.... the only problem? With a chair rated to hold up to 400lbs you would think they would put a better/thicker seat cushion. The cushion is too thin, meaning if you're heavier you'll be sitting on the support, not the cushion. Otherwise a very good chair for its price point.

The good: it's got a wide seat without wings or stuff pressing into you. It's very sturdy and was easy to put together. Everything important is solid thick steel. Feels like it could also pass for a high end office chairThe bad: leg rest is completely useless. The lumbar pillow is free standing. The headrest pillow is held on by an elastic band.

The mechanism for locking the backrest into position stopped working after less than one month. The process to refund and return the chair only allows for self-ship. The cost to “self-ship†the malfunctioning chair back to the seller is higher than the cost of the chair. This crappy company refunded my account $5. Wow! What a freaking scam! Do not purchase anything from this seller! They sell faulty products and are not accountable for fixing the problems. Buyer beware!

Pros. Easy to assemble, Seems very durable and sturdy and definitely higher quality leather than gaming chairs you would purchase through Staples.Cons I wish the lumbar cushion had a elastic band attached to it like the headrest has. If you're a lighter guy under 200 pounds the bottom cushion may seem stiff to sit on, after all it's designed for heavier people.Definitely would recommend this chair to someone who's looking for a chair that's a "middle of the road cost" between cheap and expensive on priceI had an issue but seller was very prompt with a response and we were able to get it resolved quickly

Good chair good size and thick cushion padding but 2 things in the install really annoyed me like why is one leg unattached and has to be put on the wheel base. Also the lil flap on the back that keeps getting in the way other then that worth the money.
