I use this twine for tying tamale papers when I'm making tamales. It holds up well to the 45 minute water boil it endures, never comes untied, and is flexible for tying a good knot. It works great for some serious cooking tasks. I encourage anyone who uses cooking twine to consider this one.

Simple...Everyone needs a spool of food-grade twine in their home.I bought these to tie up plants in my garden to the trellises I built.
