This is great baking twine. We used it this past Thanksgiving to tie the turkey with, no problems with it splitting or anything. This would also be great to make the pumpkin shaped sourdough loaf with.

I ordered this for Thanksgiving, because I was tired of pinning the stuffing into my birds with toothpicks. As soon as I removed the wrapper I could tell this was top quality stuff. Highly recommended for any kind of roasting that needs twine.
