The VIZ-PRO double-sided mobile dry erase board is an unbelievable value. Purchased the large, 72" x 48" size. Arrived in perfect shape despite it's large size. Competitor boards have many complaints of arriving with creases and other damage. This version was packaged with heavy-duty and smartly designed packaging.The board is both sleek and strongly designed. Everything assembles well and without gaps or problems. All high quality parts -- there is nothing flimsy about this board, yet it's not overly heavy. It moves around our conference room easily even with low office carpeting.Dry erase pens glide on clean off easily. The board is just the right shade of white -- not blindingly reflective nor dull.I've already started using it, and it's a pleasure. Using Evernote's dry erase board utility to capture full boards and it works perfectly.All together, and unmatchable value and I couldn't be more pleased. That earned it the five-star rating.As a note, when I ordered Amazon offered a scheduled delivery service -- you pick the day and three-hour time slot. Worked perfectly and gives you tremendous control over delivery. That deserves five stars as well.

Board is still in use but plastic wheels needed to be replaced within first two weeks and mechanism that keeps board in place (so it does not flip over when user writes on it) weakened within first month of use so you have to hold board frommoving when writing on it (acts as if the holding mechanism has stripped and is slipping). I would not recommend it to anyone, especially since it was priced so high. Very disappointed.

First of all, the box is HUGE and very heavy, which is to be expected given the size of the whiteboard. It was a beast to carry upstairs to my home office and took two people to lift and unpack because the packaging was massive. That’s all good, unless you’re missing a part.When we finally get all the pieces out we see we’re missing the two horizontal structural bars, but have two extra vertical bars. So of course we end up wasting another hour trying to triple check the instructions and parts list, YouTubing and googling. Low and behold, we got ourselves four part Fs and missing parts B and E.A quick related aside: when assembling you’ll need a LOT of floor space and be sure to open a window when assembling. The shipping included some kind of treated board for stability, but the chemical odor was intense and gave us both headaches. And I work with spray adhesive / permanent markers / spray paint, so I’m by no means sensitive to chemicals or anything.So back to the whiteboard assembly drama: I tried for an hour to resolve the issue and request the missing parts through Amazon, (both mobile app and web) the UX redirects me in a circle, basically saying contact the manufacturer.So I have tried contacting Viz Pro for the past month… by email, by web contact form on the Viz Pro site, by calling the Viz Pro phone number listed in Amazon’s “issue with order†user flow… with absolutely no response. The phone number is to a line with a recording that doesn’t identify itself and asks for your personal information.The only other option through Amazon is to refund or replace with an entirely new whiteboard (both of which are so wasteful between product materials, packaging, shipping, time having to unbox the thing again)Oh and the best part? In order to get any replacement sent (or a refund) I now have to SEND BACK this giant hot mess of an “original itemâ€. I’d love to, but even with the home pickup option I had to select:1) I don’t have a large enough box to send it in because a) we had to cut the original box apart to get the thing out and b) what was left of the box was disposed of because it even filled our garage with that chemical odor.2. I can’t lift it downstairs on my own3. The whole reason I need a whiteboard in my house is because I’m ALWAYS WORKING and don’t have time for any of this (including this review lol)OH and I can’t get a replacement unless I check a box agreeing to send back the original or my card will be charged in 30 days.All I need are these two missing pieces, but I’m stuck in poor customer service purgatory. The last thing I want to do is leave a bad review but at this point it’s the only way I might get a response? Here’s to hoping.TLDR if you’re trying to get a whiteboard quickly for an important meeting, just go to Staples or something.

Packaging was done well and the board arrived without any damage. Assembly was not hard, took approximately 30 minutes. I done it by myself but would have been easier with two. The board is definitely not light. The construction is pretty good and with just moving it around the house, it should last. Flipping the board is relatively easy and one person can do it alone. It seems very stable and sturdy. Easy to write on. The only negative thing I can say is the wheels. The wheels do not roll freely. They are just the cheap plastic wheels. I would gladly pay $20 to $30 more for an upgrade on them. But one person can move it around ok enough. I originally got this for my wife for her work. She now uses it for homeschooling also. She loves it. We should have gotten this years ago. I would definitely recommend this product.

The predrilled screw hole would not accommodate the screw and I don't have any tools to make it work. I tried the phone number and connecting to website to get help but I had no luck.

solid constructiongoes together easily - make sure you follow the instructions/sequenceable to move it around easily on tiled floorSmooth writing surface that cleans off well using a cloth - no ghosts or scrubbing to get the ink off.The locking/flipping mechanism leaves me a little confused - it looks like it was intended to be push button release, but then they went back to a simple screw tight - but irrelevant, it works.Note that the board will move when you write on it - the downside of having a mobile board - for me it is not a problem - i just hold the top of the board while writing - if you are short, it could be a bit annoying.The castors are nothing great - they work OK on tiles, but the board gets heavy when trying to move it on carpet

Got it for school as I am a student - packaging was really bad, came in one box & then the rest of the prices were taped around it with plastic wrap around the whole thing. Board came “melted†almost which doesn’t allow the marker tray to lay flat & one of the screws will not fit in the hole for the frame. Already contacted Viz-Pro support but did expect more considering the price - especially in a student budget

I acknowledge that I am not the greatest at putting things together!. I did manage most of this except the clips that fit onto the side of the board...I have failed to do these adequately...failing to get the pieces on properly and therefore failing to get the screws in line. In my attempts I have damaged the metal strip at the side of the board...I have put it up but am afraid the fix is fragile (without screws) . By the way, the board is great, though (probably my own doing) one surface has warped.

Das Board ist an sich ok, allerdings befand es sich drei Tage lang im Lieferungs-Limbo und kam dann leicht beschädigt an. Die Plastikhalterung für Stifte war zerbrochen. Angeblich war am ersten Liefertag niemand erreichbar, was definitiv nicht stimmt.Das Board wird nächste Woche gebraucht, ansonsten hätten wir es zurück gehen lassen ...

The whiteboard itself is excellent but the black frame had some scuffing blemishes where they had rubbed together in transit as they don't have a plastic wrapper on each part. It doesn't affect the performance of the board itself, but if you want perfect appearance you may be disappointed.
