I've had a previous medical dog tag necklace for 20 years and so I got a replacement. This is a bit smaller, but had plenty of room for my text in the horizontal direction. It's laser engraved and the necklace is lightweight and durable. It is very legible and will help any 1st with knowing what my needs are. I plan to order a 2nd a backup. Of all the ones on Amazon, this had the most text & the stainless silver seems to be the most esthetic so I'll wear it. I used nail polish remover to get rid of the red paint on the medical symbol. Some people like it on there, but I felt it too bright & symbol is engraved so it's plenty visible without the paint. Overall this is the best one I've seen on the site and others and would not hesitate in reordering.

The charm is A LOT bigger than I thought so it is a bit bulky for me. But it is good quality and heavy.

Very high quality piece. Shipping took a bit but it's entirely understandable. The chain is thick and sturdy, but not uncomfortable. The tag is light, but good quality. No paint chiping or color fade at all. I've had it for several months. I wear it everyday. I little while back, the clasp broke, but I have spare ones so it wasn't a big deal. The engraving is perfect. No mistakes, hasnt faded or scratched off, so I know it's actually engraving. It also came with a little medical info card for wallets. 10/10. If you have medical issues that need to be denoted, get this. It's worth it.

The pendant itself is nice. The chain,on the other hand, is cheaply made and broke already. I'd suggest ordering a nicer chain if you order this because you are going to need it.

I wear this when driving so that any emergency worker can readily know that should there be an accident, their attention needs to be immediately focused on any other casualties. The only downside is that the DNR statement is difficult to read - perhaps the engraving depth could be greater? A great purchase, terrific quality and pleased to have it. Thank you.

I could not believe how strong these brackets are. I bought two and they are fantastic! They have not tarnish or bent which tells me this will last a life time.The only thing is the engraving was so tiny I had to take it to a jewelry store and they had to sand down the tiny engraving and do the engraving in a larger font for me which I had to pay extra for. So it is best to opt out of the engraving feature from this seller and take it to an engraver.
