As a senior crocheter, these look really good for their price. I did give them away, but still they looked and felt very smooth and easy to use. The hook didn't look too sharp, so the yarn wouldn't get stuck. Very good!

I don't really know how to explain it...these hooks are comfortable to grip and nicely made, but I need the kind that are more pointy to easily slip into tight chains while crocheting. Maybe I'm a spaz, but I've only ever used the old style, from the 70's, and didn't quite realize my difficulties stemmed from the not so pointy ends. Be aware of the sizes included here as well, because unfortunately I had to return them as I needed larger sizes.IF you are capable of crocheting with this style hook, you really can't go wrong here.

These crochet hooks are so wonderful , they slip through my yarn easily absolutely no snagging. I love it! I love the vibrant colors too, now I can start crocheting my hats and bags differently worth the price.

These hooks would be acceptable if you're trying out crochet for the first time and don't want to buy a big set. The plastic handle on these slide off the metal hook a lot so if you want to crochet a lot or have a tighter tension, these unfortunately won't work for you. The stitch markers are the same as almost any other stitch marker. They're plastic and usually do a good job but can end up breaking or getting lost.
