I like the fact that my daughter uses this almost daily for one of the activities for her to stay in shape is not heavy it is not too light and it's perfect the length is good as well it's easy to use it's durable and I think the money was well spent

Light weight jump rope. I use it 3times a week for 2 months and it still goes round to jump. It was easy to adjust just follow the directions.
