Got this for my 8 year old son. He is on the smaller size but this scooter is still a perfect size for him. He does jumps, etc. on it and it is light enough where he can do a "jump" and get both wheels off the ground. It looks really cool too and is super easy to put together. I did have to grease up the wheels after we put it together to make it roll a bit faster and smoother (I used Teflon bike lube). Good scooter.UPDATE 2 days later (after hours of heavy use): So, my kid is big into doing “burnouts†- hard breaks and slides. The back wheel wore out so badly that it now has hard angles in it. I am still going to keep the review at 5 stars because, the reality is, you are not really supposed to be doing hard breaking on scooters. But, I ordered a set of harder wheels. The wheels on this scooter are soft, which is great for riding and jumping, but not really designed for sliding and hard breaking.

I’ve been having a scooter for four months. It lasted good, but the handlebar is got a little wiggly. When I go ride with my gang it fit perfect. It is a little small. A bunny hopped like a dream. I even took it out in the snow and it won’t I love the scooer

We bought this to Upgrade our 8 1/2 Yr old to a Bigger scooter. His last one was great but as He got a little older He needed one with a Long Base for His feet. I took a loot of time researching Scooters to find just the right one. We had recently Just started taking him to the Skate Park so We wanted something COOL, FUNCTIONAL & EASY for Him to Use. This scooter by VOKUL fit the bill. It has a little longer Surface area for His feet. Seems easy for him to do The Stunts His is learning & The Price didn't break the Bank. He's been JUMPING & RIDING almost daily.I depend on reviews when deciding on what products to purchase. We got this scooter for our son to use at the local skate park. Our son is 8 years old and he has very little experience on scooters other than riding from point A to point B. The scooter itself is very sturdy and looks nice and sleek. It seems to be a bit stiff (if that is the correct term) but he has only had it for a week. I imagine in time with more use, it will loosen up and spin a bit easier.

My son got this for his 9th birthday and LOVES it! It's a great scooter for beginner/intermediate levels. It's good quality, looks great, and I felt the price was really good for what you get. Make sure you screw the handle bars on properly and super tight. We did it wrong the first time and they came off, but that was our fault. It didn't come with very detailed instructions on how to do it so we youtubed it the second time and haven't had a problem since. It does come with everything needed for assembly, including the wrench to tighten the screws. We are super pleased with this purchase.

Totally stoked on this scooter! Rolls smooth, looks cool, love the grip tape on the base! My kid loves it and so do I! If they made it with taller bars I’d buy one for myself.

UPDATE: After many more emails Vokul replace the S2 with the S1 model. The S1 wheels seem to be much better and hopefully will fare better than the S2......S2 Original review: rear wheel of the scooter feel apart right after the 30 day return window. We attempted to change the wheel however the bolts attaching the rear wheel would not loosen. We attempted multiple tools to include a drill to get the bolts to loosen with no success. Contacted their customer service and they seemed helpful at first despite a language difference; however after many emails finally offered to replace the scooter; however it was going to take several weeks to receive it. In my final email to them I told them that was unacceptable to take that long and they have since not responded.

My son spent the summer at every skate park we could find, though he’s pretty new to park riding it held up well! The head bolts do tend to loosen up frequently, which is annoying but otherwise no issues, would buy again

What can you say. I bought this for my son who had never used a scooter before. The scooter is such high quality that he was doing 360 jumps after his first ride!

I bought a lower model and had an issue...they not only refunded me but sent me out this model. It's very good quality and really nice.I would definitely recommend the Vokul Scooter's and the company. They are reliable and care about the customer. My son is very happy!
