My daughter absolutely loves this product. She uses it daily before and after school and it has been a wonderful way to keep her active and engaged in her sport. I really came to write this review though to give 5 stars to the customer service. We had an issue with a portion of the product tearing and the manufacturer immediately responded to my inquiry and replaced the damaged portion of the product. This product was a bit pricey for us, but was worth every penny in light of the company’s willingness to make it right. I would highly recommend purchasing from this manufacturer!

My 12 year old loves this. Definitely not something you want to take down and put back up every time you use it. Took two people about 15 minutes to put together so not bad. Very light and easy to move around.

My daughter is an only child and an outside who was looking to improve on her game and this net works perfect just for that! Her swings have improved so much in just a few weeks, and she is getting her timing down so much better.

Straps came apart in April, 2024. Bought in August 2023. Business owner replied asking for pictures. After I sent pictures, still no response 2 weeks later. Send another email and still waiting to hear back. Paid $300 for this training net. At this point, I would keep searching for another brand if I were you.Update:June,2024 - company has sent a new back net to replace the original one that lasted 7 months. If you leave this practice training net outdoors, plan on buying a replacement about every 7 months when the 12 month warranty expires.

The product that was initially shipped to me had a manufacturing defect in the base structure supporting the net.Unfortunately, I didn't open the box until after the 30 day Amazon return window. I contacted the company directly via email about the problem and they responded in less than 24hrs. In less than 2 weeks they had shipped a completely new unit out to me with no questions asked. I live in Canada and the company is in the US, so it was an impressive turn around time.It is very rare that you see a company stand behind their product like this. I would highly recommend the company and the product!

Bought as a gift for my son. He was thrilled! After a week the catcher net wouldn’t stay attached. Emailed the seller, but heard nothing back. For almost $400 I’m extremely disappointed, and frustrated.It would be appreciated if the seller would respond. It’s been 1.5 months and still nothing.It’s now January and I still haven’t heard anything from the seller. Disappointed as someone else said great customer service.😔
