Looks exactly as pictured. I tested with my volt meter and it seems to be in working order. I'm planning to use this in my up coming spring project of restoring and older Snapper Rear Engine Rider mower. I'm just replacing many of the parts on it as some don't work or have seen better days. It has a starter on the motor but it won't engage when hooked up to a battery so I think the original regulator is bad as my voltmeter won't get anything out of it.

I just rebuilt a YTH2348 mower and installed this in place of the dead one. My battery would keep dying and I hadn't used the headlights in years. After putting this on I was able to use new LED headlights and I haven't had to mess with the battery at all. I think the old regulator died and I just didn't know it. This is almost a plug in swap. One of the wires didn't fit exactly the same but it still makes electrical connection and works fine.
