As posted I installed this on a Kohler Command 16hp and works great. My old one was charging/cooking the battery at 18v, the original looked fine but was junk internally so don't go on just looks alone, the new one brought the charging to a solid 14.5v at full throttle electric clutch and lights going.

… It's cheaply made so I cannot tell how long it's going to last on my commercial mower. it's been a week since I installed on my Snapper pro and its been holding pretty good so far, my only point is the fact that just by looking at it you can tell it's a third party part very cheap made. Be aware
