My Volvo Penta parts supplier did not have the exhaust riser in stock and stated it would be a special order from Sweden. This part was an old part number but was the same part as the item i needed. It properly cross referenced with the latest part number on the Volvo website and fit perfectly.

Stay away, this is not the correct part number as advertised. The seller will try to put a "kit" together and sell it as the new 3863061. He is selling old stock as new .
