Though they are carvings our of wood like the elders used, these still have the same prints. My elders were happy it didnt hurt their hands

These moon cake molds are lightweight, easy to press, and not difficult to clean. Each mold shape and size has 3 beautiful pattern templates (not interchangeable across molds, just to be clear) to choose from. But the patterns don't lock onto the handle easily if at all because of poor manufacturing tolerances. That's the only defect I expected.

This is great for making clay tiles as well as baking. I would suggest using plenty of lubricant so the shape is crisp and lacks splitting or crumbling edges.

This is a great set of molds for making moon cakes. I am a novice, but between you-tube tutorials and these guys, I have been able to amaze my wife and friends with great looking and tasting moon cakes! They are easy to use and make you look like a professional. I highly recommend them!
