These sturdy holders will last! They're more of a type of plastic than the papery ones I'm tossing out after using for several years. They are a little stiff, but I'm good with that. A caution to people using any kind of RFID passport holder--don't leave them in your pocket when going through airport security, or you'll be flagged.

Used these on a trip recently - I felt more secure especially at the airport knowing that my passport and credit cards have some sort of protection. I carried my passport in my hand with the RFID case on going through the security body scan at the airport - it sent the detection off. Security pulled me aside to see why and then realized what I had in my hand, they told me that the RFID will set the detection off.

It is most unlikely we will ever be scanned so I believe this is more about piece of mind. We did the research and this product ticks all the boxes for protection. For our non-RFID wallets, these covers now are deployed on my passport and any RFID cards.
