This matched perfectly with Phillips Utiliton led headlights dimmed them enough to not blind other drivers and give the application a stealthily look. The ease of use, was moderate and applied better when warmer

The installation wasn’t very hard, best to use a head gun to stretch it in places necessary. First time putting on light tint and it wasn’t very hard. Recommend keeping the lights on while doing it tho

First, the film has a faint pattern to it, almost like snakeskin, but it meshed well for my taillights. Use your own squeegee, the one provided can make marks in the tint. Take your time and get used to working with it, the key is use heat and don’t be afraid to stretch it to shape. Decent results for a cheap price, but may have avoided making some minor marks if I’d have used a better squeegee

I used a blow dryer to make the material stretch where needed. My lights had a lot of curves and was harder than expected but with patience, I came out amazing in my opinion!

If your headlights are like mine, curved. Don’t bother get this film, the edge will come loosen under the sun.

as someone who is literally doing this for the first time ever I grab some painters tape scissors and X-Acto knife and surprisingly a blow dryer. I parked my car outside of my garage and used an extension cord from one of the garage plugs to plug in the blow dryer. I sat on a chair and I cleaned the lights off , taped the sides and just went to work. even though I didn’t have a heat gun it was still malleable with the blow dryer. As a person doing this for the first time ever it was extremely easy to work with and forgiving as well. I just wish that I bought two instead of one because even though I had a lot of tent left over it wasn’t enough to cover my tail light all the way to the right so I only have three covered!(update: i bought more and finished it) it took me a total of an hour and a half to do three pieces you can see in the pictures. I did all of the left side and on the right side I did the smaller most inward piece. I highly suggest this tint.UPDATE: 12/6/21It’s been over a year and the tint is still going strong! No cracks or rips. Still looks the same!

5th generation 4runner tail lights have a bunch of concaved sections making it very difficult to get all of the air bubbles out. The first one took me over an hour. The second one I screwed up but I have already ordered another sheet to redo it. For $12 it's worth the attempt. Any other vehicle would probably be considerably easier.

Disappointing, as it gave a reptile skin effect look.
