Installation Tips
- Although not essential for wrap integrity, clay bars enhance surface clarity by removing small specs and contaminants.
- While improving the product's finish, it can make air removal difficult on large surfaces. Apply the film while keeping excess material off the surface to avoid trapped air and distortions. Gently press or puncture bubbles to release air if they occur.
- Install the stretch cap throughout the entire wrap process, except in precise cutting, seams, and joints.

Is this on my front clip below the hood and it looks really good matches well with the gray color and when smoothed out looks fantastic good tools help to install it smoothly

A slight shade darker than my 2006 Ram in Mineral Grey Metallic, the metallic flake is identical and looks great. I wanted to make my own wheel inserts to match my factory paint and this vinyl is by far the best match I have seen and the easiest to work with, as seen in the before and after pictures. I only used 7" in length per wheel so you can easily do two sets of wheels (5' roll). I attached the vinyl using the dry method as it is easily repositionable and very easy to line up and reset if needed, just smooth down with your finger. I must also add that removing the air bubbles is the best I have ever used on any Vinyl, I can definitely see this as a great benefit to wrapping a full vehicle, bumper, etc... color match bumpers may be next.

Wrapped chrome on grill surround and is a very close match to factory crystal granite grey for my truck (just a hair lighter but for $50 and 2hr vs $1200 for paint to match , it was well worth it !. Stretched real nice (not thin), heated great . I've never done vinyl wrap before it and was pretty easy . Just clean surfaces good . Time will tell how long it will last .

Returned it. Wasn't sticking. Might of received a defective merchandise. Returned/refund. Will give them another chance just to make sure it wasn't just defective. Will submit another review when new merch is received.

First time wrapping a car. I've yet to try Avery or 3m for comparison, but this stuff is really nice so far. It goes down very nicely, and it's pretty forgiving. Any wrinkles I had came out with heat, but Ive only had maybe one wrinkle so far. The color was pretty accurate too, a little lighter but with this color I'm not sure how you could nail it with 1 picture. Will be buying from them again, and would recommend this product to others looking for an affordable alternative to the more expensive brands.

The VViViD+ Ultra Gloss films are visually beautifully colored films. Installation was great and the film laid out well. The black film has the protective cap film, however the charcoal grey does not have one for some reason (3'x5' sheet). See picture of two 3'x5' rolls (black on left, grey on right). The black roll was on a firm cardboard core and rolled much larger in diameter. The grey roll had no core, and no protective cap film on the vinyl. It still was beautiful when complete, but why no protective cap? I had 2 rolls of the charcoal grey and neither roll had the protective cap, so it wasn't just a one roll occurrence.

I bought this wrap simply due to the accessibility of it because Vvivid is one of the few vendors on Amazon. I bought a small 1ft x 54" roll to wrap some bumper accents around my car.Anyways, I'm not a pro by any means but I do have some experience with other brands. Vvivid is definitely harder to work with compared to 3M and Avery. Avery is still my top choice for vinyl and it's pretty easy to work with.COLOUR:The Grey actually matched up pretty close to my civic's Modern Steel Metallic colour, HOWEVER, as other reviewers mentioned, this wrap tends to lose colour once heated. So the nice metallic flake of this wrap becomes more faded.ADHESION:This wrap tends to like only being pasted on once. If you move the wrap around a lot, I found that the wrap loses it's adhesion very quickly, even after cleaning the surface very well.PRICE:VVivid+ is Vvivid's premium rolls and in my opinion I don't see much a quality improvement for the added cost.
