I've applied many brands of vinyl throughout my years of working with sign production and car wrap companies. This was the easiest vinyl I have ever worked with. I believe the outer clear coating that you later peel off helps a lot with the application. No bubbles, and no wrinkles! Laid down nice and even! After the application, I peeled off the top clear layer to reveal the true glory of the vinyl image. You could actually leave it on if you wanted to, but I wouldn't recommend that for anything outdoors or vehicles. Must say that I realy love the pricing on this product as well! Great for the price!

Overall this vinyl is pretty good. I wrapped an entire car with it. The conformability is pretty good when heated. It is pretty stiff and is thick compared to other vinyls. I found that the protective cap was pretty much useless. On a lot of the rolls is was very wrinkled and it made it hard to see if the wrinkles were in the cap or vinyl. Also when heated it separates and stretched differently than the vinyl. I would just remove it once I got it on the car in the place I wanted. The air release on the vinyl worked very well. You could get air bubbles out without having to lift the vinyl. Being thicker if you need to add seams they will be more noticeable. I had issues with two parts of the car and had to keep pulling the vinyl back off and on. This causes little bumps to form on the vinyl that would not heat out. This only happened on my issue spots so probably was more me than the vinyl. The finish is really nice. Once the car was completed you can't tell it is wrapped. It looks like a paint job. The value was good. Longevity still needs to be tested. I am happy overall.

My photos closely reveal the actual color, metallic silver. This film is has a stronger, thicker backing than others, and a clear protective coating as well. The protective coating is to be removed when you choose, knifeless tape didn't work well with the coating on. Don't forget to remove it, the high gloss is underneath.I used this film and another color to cover the heat-grabbing, black sunroof glass on my car.I wet apply with slightly soapy water since I work alone. I find it easier to work, and more forgiving of mistakes. I've never had any problems with adhesion, but since manufacturers don't speak of it, I'll leave that decision to you.

Overall this is a quality vinyl wrap. My biggest complaint with it is that they cut you short on material. I ordered the 1.5 ft x 5 ft roll for a relatively small part. I was cutting it close on the width and as it turned out what they gave me was 1/4 inch shorter than that 1.5 foot. In most cases this wouldn’t be an issue, but something you should be aware of. If you are cutting it close, go ahead and get the next width up. For the seller / manufacturer: If you are going to sell a product based on the width being 1.5 ft, then it should be at least that width!

The other reviews weren’t kidding, it really does look like paint with its depth of color, flake, and high gloss. It’s not quite as easy to work with as 3M, but I think it’s partly because of its thickness. Still easy to work with. The color matched my Audi silver almost perfectly, the only difference can be seen in direct sunlight because of the more grainy flake, but most people wouldn’t notice. Best part is the lights shine through at night so you don’t lose the functionality of the marker lights. Highly recommended!

I bought this to match some pieces on my motorcycle. I was surprised how well it matched. This was my first time using vinyl wrap. Easy to use. Seems to stick really well.
