The bubbles are inevitable .. you will have to get rid of them. This little pen knife, makes that so much easier. You work the bubbles out from the inside, out towards the edges, but there are always tiny air pockets left behind. Just a tiny little hole, get the air out, yet is invisible to the eye. I can't believe that more companies don't offer a similar product. They are also quite well made, they look like a solid quality ink pen ... until you push the button.

This pen is junk. The Needle is completely missing from product. And Amazon wants me to pay to return this item.

Worked like a charm. However, though it's elegantly done in the form of an ink pen. That was it's downfall. Coworker grabbed it and tried to write and "tap the ink" down to the end. Maybe a new shell?

Amazing quality. Maybe make it a non normal pen color? This tool is so well built, it is easily confused for a high end writing instrument. 10x the quality for what it probably needed to be. You’ll be blown away.
