Needed this for a golf arcade machine after a bad storm - checked every other possibility out there without any luck, and finally just hoped this would work. My thermostat in the guest room was blank, with the LED panel completely off. I knew there was a fuse attached to the circuit board inside the blower fan. **(Warning: Always turn off the breaker switch before opening the panel!)** When I opened it, I found the fuse was blown. I went to an auto parts store and bought a pack of fuses. After replacing the fuse, the LED panel came on, but the A/C ran for only a few seconds before shutting off again. This indicated a short somewhere in the system.Replacing the fuse with this breaker allowed me to quickly identify and fix the short without the cost of blowing multiple fuses. This was a direct replacement on a club cart charger, so it installed and hooked up in about 5 minutes. Working great now.

I use these when trouble shooting equipment. Is easier to reset this then keep replacing the fuse when trouble shooting a hvac unit

I had a short in my AC unit’s condenser and I kept blowing fuses. I found one short, fixed it, put this circuit breaker in, and it turns out I had another intermittent short. But this breaker failed to trip and now I have to replace my transformer. Very unhappy!
