I hadn't realized how bad of shape my old one was in until i got the new one. the old one had small gaps on the screen where it connected to the plastic and this let out lint into the back / it also popped out sometimes during the cycle. this one fits perfectly and didn't let anything get past it. My machine was over 20 years old so wasn't sure it was the right one but as i said the fit was perfect

This is the second time I have bought this product. The first time was great. This time the clips would not fit into the dryer properly. Luckily, it was only the lint screen I was more interested in replacing. I used the old cover with the clips and it worked.
