Look - I’m sure the bulb works fine but if you have a fridge that needs this bulb - my god - it’s like the amount of pure f***ery surrounding how to get this vile contraption in - might as well buy a new fridge - if you could actually manipulate time and space to get this in I’m sure you actually will reveal a secret quest

I panicked when the light bulb in the freezer section of our relatively new (late 2021) Maytag side by side refrigerator blew out. The warranty had expired two years ago and repairmen these days want money just for showing up at your home regardless of whether they can fix the problem or not. So I removed the dead bulb —I must admit it took a lot of wiggling and wrangling to get it out of its slot on the left freezer wall. There were two wires with connectors attached to the bulb and I disconnected these too. Found this replacement bulb on Amazon and it turns out this is almost an exact match for my Maytag refrigerator model no. MSS25N4MKZ04. Reconnected the wires and installed this bulb where the old one was and it lit up immediately. And it’s still going strong two weeks later. My wife is happy too because she couldn’t find anything searching around in the dark freezer lol. I’m putting in another order for this bulb because I want to have a spare on hand for the next time it blows out.

My freeze light bulb stopping working after 4 years, search on Amazon website and found the exact same model number, after received the item, and it was so easy to replace the broken one. Works great.
