The bundle has everything you need to file your return: 25 sheets of W2 Copy A (two forms per sheet), 25 sheets of W2 Copy B (two forms per sheet), 50 sheets of W2 Copy C/2 (two forms per sheet), 50 sheets of W2 Copy D/1 (two forms per sheet), 3 W3 Transmittal Forms, 50 Self Sealing Envelopes.
Our forms are 100% IRS approved and compatible with QuickBooks and other small business accounting software. Just print and mail. Thick 20 LB paper allows for easily feeding through laser or inkjet printers without worrying about jamming.

This had everything you need to issue your own w-2s with quickbooks payroll. Each section was separated by a colored sheet of paper and it included envelopes. There are basic answers to questions too, like when they have to be delivered to employees and where to send the w-3 if you aren't e-filing in case you arent' sure. I will definitely look for these next year, but a little earlier because I really only needed a pack of 25 but they were sold out by the time I remembered to order. Also they arrived in 2 days, thankfully!

It's not an alignment issue. The center of the page prints fine. The top margin is more than 1/4" smaller and bottom margin is more than 1/4" smaller than on the actual IRS W2s and W3. Social Security numbers as well as EIN, etc will not print in correct boxes because you cannot align parts of the document to print. Wasted half a dozen forms before I printed on the form supplied by Quickbooks and discovered that this form was a waste. Now I've got two packages of worthless forms.

I don't know if it was the software or these forms, but for the first time EVER, everything lined up perfectly. No adjustments needed. Besides that, the forms are good quality. They glide through the printer no problem. I'll be buying these same ones next year for sure.

These forms were received quickly, well packaged, a good value, and looked great at first. However there are 2 forms per page and it was impossible to get them lined up correctly for printing. One form prints a little too high and the other one a little too low, so any adjustment to one only makes the other one worse. I had to hand write some of the names on the envelopes because the printing didn't line up with the window in the envelope, and some of the data is almost impossible to read because it overlaps with the pre-printed information. Very disappointing and frustrating.
