I didn't like the fact that it wouldn't connect in my age track. It was a perfect match to the older fixture that I had that broke but it still wouldn't work.

I had been using halogen bulbs in track light heads with built-in electronic ballasts in the base. Heat and age were taking them out and I needed new track heads.These track light heads are compatible with my 25 year old track, and I decided to purchase these since they offered Edison base sockets compatible with today's LED light bulbs. Fir fine in my old track, and easy to install.

Just as described, fit H type light track easily. Just push in and twist counterclockwise. Work like a charm. Using 60 watt bulbs on a dimmer.
