Happened upon this ingenious acrylic tray design that magnetically attaches to the enclosure. It does indeed come with 6 plastic cups. It is nice to have replacements. They are somewhat flimsier than I initially thought they would be, but they have held up well and not broken or cracked through the past month. Easily removable to pop out and refill or clean. I will keep the other four in reserve.When we went out of town and hired a friend to care for our 3 year old beardie, we were trying to make feeding as easy as possible by adding this in addition to our regular food bowl and reptile tongs. We have been home for a few weeks and won’t be removing the reptile ledge.Spike enjoys having the extra food options available. When he is very eager to eat, he sometimes bumps the ledge and it lowers. The magnets are strong enough that it does not fall off, but we do resituate it a few times a week. Since we use a fiber substrate that he can maneuver through, he does contaminate the bowls with substrate. The bowls are easy to pop out, or we can remove the magnets and pull the whole acrylic piece out to rinse off.I am very happy with this purchase!

this product is nice, an simple to use; unfortunately the magnets are weak an don’t hold up “feeding try†quite as sturdily as i’d like- my crested gecko makes a mess of its food when he touches the tray an it slides down the wall.to fix this issue i bought heavy duty velcro an stuck the velcro strip over the magnets an connected it to the inside of my glass tank. no more slipping!!i would recommend this product

i have a love hate relationship with this ledge. it's built so wonderful and it looks very nice and sleek and my geckos can sit on there for hours and it's also an amazing price.... BUT omg i hate it too not for any bad reasons.. i've lost every cup to it minus 2 thankfully so i've been cleaning them over and over but the only replacement cups i can find are the ones that are made by this seller. and they're sooo overpriced for just cups. i've been buying and returning so many cups trying to fidn the perfect size cups for it! otherwise it'd be 5 stars if i could find appropriately priced cups that fit it!

This is a great product! Even though this product is marketed to gecko owners, I ordered this for my daughter’s winter white dwarf hamster. He resides in a large glass terrarium with a screened lid so ordinary hamster water bottles/holders can’t be hung from the top. The magnets are strong and keep the ledge in position. She uses one cup for water and the other for food. The only downside is the plastic cups that fit in the ledge holder are a very thin plastic and her hamster chewed through it once and didn’t have water. I would only recommend if your hamster is not prone to chewing stuff or provide another water source. Would buy again if needed!

3 stars... only because the large ledge tends to slip down the glass when my geckos set on them. I bought several of these as I have a large geck collection. Will be more likely to purchase the large ledge again if some non-slip was added to the back of the ledge.**The small ledges... they're a good design, have the non-slip on them but out of the 5 boxes I bought ALL of the magnets fell out of the ledge pieces except for 1! Mind you these are 2 packs! It's an easy fix sure but not one I should have to make pulling them straight from the box!!

It was broken when it arrived butI was issued a replacement that came the next day and it was exactly what we needed. Works well in our gecko tank.

First impressions were deceiving.It seemed like a cute ledge. But the magnets are useless.It didn't even hold up when my juvenile gargoyle gecko stood on it. Every time I removed a cup to add food, it would fall too 😩Got suction cup ones that are 100% stronger.Would not recommend.
