I love this bag. My dog feels secure in it and the bag is not as heavy as most other bags. The weight of the bag is important to me. The only issues I have with this bag are:- stitching is falling apart at the edges. I’ve seen other people commenting the same thing- handles slip off my shoulder. I have to constantly adjust to make sure bag doesn’t slip off.

the quality of the material leaves a lot to be desired. The canvas is very thick, and the bottom of the bag has a good amount of support to give the bag structure for the dog’s comfort. But parts of the fabric were already fraying immediately out of the package. Since the threads are cotton and not polyester, it’s harder to control the spread of the fraying. The bag gets the job done for the trips to the store or riding the train with my small dog, but quality is what you get for the price.

I use this bag to tote around my family of 12 hamsters. I zip them in there real good and head to the store. Then I go about the rest of my day. God bless

Very well made bag. Just too heavy…empty. Also straps fall off shoulders.Sent back.

My dog’s 12pounds and he fits perfectly in this bag. I can see that he feels safe in there too. I take my boy to work with me daily and the bag is a life saving. It’s sturdy and the handles are a good length to fit in the shoulders. I really liked it.

This fits perfectly with my 10lb Maltipoo. I wish they made this a little better. The first purchase had some loose strings and the sides look worn out so I made an exchange and it was the SAME THING! The attachment for the second was super short, couldn’t even click it on my dog unless he was laying down. With that price, it honestly could use some pockets, better sewing?, and better zipper. Not worth the price.

The bag did not last two months of only three uses before the zipper broke and was coming apart at the seams.
