I accidentally ordered the wrong cap so this didn’t fit my steamer. But overall it’s great quality. Very heavy. Worth the money.

This steam cleaner water tank cap/safety release cap made my non-working steam cleaner functional again. I had been nursing the original cap, getting it to function sporadically by replacing worn out o-rings. As it turns out, there's more to these caps than just rubber washers, and eventually my efforts at rejuvenating the steam cleaner's operability failed. The cleaner would generate tons of steam, and all of it would escape around the cap and broil the surrounding plastic. It doesn't do that any more. Now it works properly.

So I didn’t even know this was what I needed, but apparently I did. It solved the issue of my steamer letting out stream from the cap. However, that same day I was able to fix that problem, the next time I ever to go use the steamer it won’t heat up anymore…

The washer split right away. This seems to be a reoccurring problem with the Wagner Steamer as this is exactly why I needed to replace the cap in the first place. The washers should be made available for purchase to make this a more sustainable machine. The seller did take care of the issue and I truly appreciate that. I love this steamer, it's made deep cleaning so much easier!
