It's a great product when you use it you automatically feel your abdomen muscles being worked. Only complaint is the platform is not wide enough for me to have complete stability when standing on it. Can not put your feet shoulder length apart, your feet are so close together you have to have very good balance. The width is made nire for a young child stature not an adult. As a nurse and user I know it puts a person at risk of pulling a muscle easily when trying to stabilize themselves when they begin to twist and lose balance. If it was a wider platform it would be perfect. Definitely should make one for males

Definitely this item has been made for children, otherwise u’ll have to an adult under 4..9 with short legs.The plate is small (barely sz. 5.5 women barefoot foot from edge to edge fits there) & the band is short as well and cheap material (I guess the price says it all).
