I received this item exactly as they described it. It was in new condition and just what I needed for my '97 Acura CL 2.2. The only thing it is wasn't packaged at all. They just slapped some shipping stickers on it and had UPS send it; there was no packaging or anything. However since it does have a some bends in it if it were in a box it would take up a lot of space that isn't really needed. The only downside of this is the stickers are hard to get off so I just had to let them burn off with time. As a result there was a slight plastic smell for about the first week but after that all is well. It was much cheaper than from any local auto parts store by about $50 if you include tax. I did find it a couple dollars cheaper on another site, however I was willing to pay the few extra bucks knowing it was sold and backed by Amazon, which always has great service if something were to go wrong.I also purchased the matching Walker Exhaust 55026 Quiet-Flow Muffler Assembly as it had rusted out pretty bad and together they worked out perfect. You can see that review on Amazon as well if you are interested.All in all I was pleased with this purchase. I would recommend this to anyone looking to replace their exhaust resonator.

Seems good, many bend deformities, but works and sounds ok, there is a vibration from not having any weights on after flex section.

I used this to replace my aged and leaking exhaust. This part mounted and fit like OEM and I am quiet again.

I received what was described and in perfect condition. It was not very difficult to install. If you are a novice mechanic don't worry, everything was pretty easy to understand once you were under your car. I have a 1997 Honda Accord 4 door. The mesh part of my exhaust had rusted out and made the car very loud. After installation the loud sound was gone and the car felt/drove great. I also purchased a round gasket and triangle gasket that was recommended and I was very happy I purchased both as they were needed for each end of the pipe. I would definitely recommend this resonator to anyone that has a need.

Basically a full exhaust pipe minus the muffler and catalytic converter for less than $90 love it and very good quality

These things are cheap and fit but instead of lasting 12 years like the OEM, they barely last three. It's starts rusting before you get it. It's junk.Moving it to three stars for the lifetime warranty. On this car, the swap isn't as bad as some. You may want to use a good quality bolt for the top of that front connector though because it's a bear to reach. If you can talk walker into paying to swap it every few years, I would rate it higher. But an OEM pipe is a 12 years pipe, in the rust belt, this will last about 1/4 as long.
