This is a great way to add space to a small laundry room. Doesn’t take up space but adds it when needed. Easy to use and sturdy. Great buy!

If you're capable of measuring and drilling accurately, this is a good product. They specify that you should screw into studs to secure the brackets to the wall yet they predrill holes in the bottom of the table top spaced 24" apart. That's a problem when studs are typically 16" on center and you may also want it positioned in a way that requires you to drill different holes to secure the brackets.

Decent product other than the pre-drilled holes are at 23†and framing in homes in Canada is 16â€.So you have to redo all holes for mounting.The included screws suck. For both the studs and the base. Replaced.Two corners were broken.One was obviously at factory. See pic. They slapped a bit of black crayon touch up on it. Lame.The other looks broken later. But no box damage.Would I buy it again?Nope not for that price.Looks ok when assembled but fake finish.
