After seeing the box it came in, I was not happy. The box was torn to shreds, taped scraps from other boxes holding it together... I was certain it would be missing pieces, and / or be damaged. It didn't and wasn't. I love this rack. It's very simple, but sturdy and it looks beautiful. Very easy to put together. Paint quality is a little meh, but for the price, I wasn't expecting perfection. I'm very happy I made this purchase.

The wine rack assembled very easy. Mounted to the wall using toggle bolts and a hardwood backer board screwed to the studs and painted the same color as the wall between the sheetrock wall and the wine rack that provided solid mounting for the wine rack. When I encountered an issue the support team sent me a replacement right away. Great job with product support!

I liked so much and only think which was not a big deal, I painted in on solid brass gold and looks great.
