Not extremely quick to reply, but they will absolutely get back to you and work to address your concerns. Very pleasant experience moving from Ledger Nano X to this device/3 card system. Note: set up a seed phrase and store it 100% offline (no photos, screenshots or notes app - they can be hacked a lot more easily that you might think).The seed phrase will allow you to access your funds in entirely if you manage to loose or damage your cards. Also set private PIN / Password for each card for an extra layout of protection, if you plan to keep your cards on you: wallet, purse, pocket backpack. The #1 way people get hacked or loose money is user error. Be as smart as you can and feel comfort in how secure your accounts will be.

Easy to setup, just took a short tutorial to understand.Having a bitkey for only BTC, I bought the tangem to hold the others.I wanted to get a trezor, but the security was the same as this Tangem card. Trezor you need a computer and it hooked up, the Tangem you just need an app on your phone. For the same security and less hassle, the Tangem was undoubtedly the more convenient and price wise way cheaper for the same security level.I saved over $100 bucks getting this one. It doesn't look pretty or fancy, just your typical looking credit card but it holds the same value and purpose as other wallets I've researched and you don't need to charge it like some other cold wallets. I find this to be much better.

Works well, do generate seed phrase. Even though you get three they backup each other. App works well.

These work great for cold storage. Easy to set up, transfer funds to and from, and secure. I keep all three in different locations.

I am only using the wallet for cold storage. I find it very easy to use. A great way to keep your coins secure.

This product is great. Just know if you buy a shiba card, or the older versions (1.0) they do not offer a seed phrase. Meaning, if you lose your cards, you cannot recover with a seed phrase.Also, one side of my tamper resistant seal was broken and I was scared it was hacked. Upon review of other 1 star reviews, some people have shad their crypto stolen. Just buy from Tangem directly to ensure it cannot be hacked!!!Other than that, it was 1000 times easier than Trezor…. Way easier and the crypto you can put on is amazing.I returned it because it was not told to me. Tangem finally got back to me that the 1.0 version has no seed phrase option. There should be a disclaimer.

First this is a fantastic wallet, the support is excellent. Your basically going to be able to hold the private keys for anything you would like within reason. The hardware wallet itself is awesome! I own multiple wallets and was initially sceptical of a wallet without a screen but this has made me realize that not having a screen is really not an issue as long as your diligent about checking wallet addresses and whatnot. The ease of being able to carry a card with you Incase you have to make a transaction on the fly is something that isn't going to be possible with most other wallets. Having multiple cards stored in multiple locations makes breaking into your wallet impossible without your passphrase or other cards, since multiple cards are needed to enter the wallet without the passphrase. Honestly it's one of the most secure wallets out there. And probably one of the easiest to set up and use as well.It's not all sunshine and rainbows though, there are somethings I think they could be a little bit better. First it's not very obvious how you generate a seed phrase when you set up the wallet. It's extremely easy to miss and if you do your going to have to erase the cards and start the whole process again if you want to generate your seed phrase. As someone who has been in this space a long time, for the life of me I can't imagine why you wouldn't want to generate a seed phrase? It's a nice bit of security, if you happen to loose all your cards. With your seed phrase you can simply recover your funds in another wallet. Without the seed phrase though if you loose access to all your cards it's game over! If you loose access to two of your cards or one if you have the two pack and forget your password to the app without the seed phrase it's game over! Your crypto is gone! Having the seed phrase hidden and not visible on the card isn't a benefit. It's not an advanced feature it's a huge flaw. My second issue with this product is the actual scanning of the card. It will scan just fine but sometimes it will kind of hang for a moment, at first I thought it wasn't actually seeing the card until I realized I just have to hold it there for like 10 seconds. Basically it will display a little video of how to scan the card and once that video disappears you just have to wait until it finishes doing its thing. I wish some kind of prompt could pop up telling you the app sees the card and to continue to hold the card in place until it is finished scanning. It's very confusing initially, you just feel like the card isn't working every time until you figure it out. My last gripe is that the app requires you to scan the card each time you want to view your balance. You first have to scan the card, enter your password and then scan your card again. You can skip this process by setting up biometrics (a fingerprint). I wish I could just enter into the app with my password. Simply being able to see the balances with just the password is fine and how it's done with a lot of other wallets. Without the card(s) you can't touch or move or interact with balances anyways so why not make it a little more user friendly?With that aside I just have to say that there is no "perfect wallet". Every single one I've used has had some kind of annoying flaw. I have to say the tangem wallet is the closest to perfect I have used. The ease of access, the support of what ever you want to hold, the lack of a battery, security, and well built app make this my number 1 choice for my every day wallet. On top of that the card is basically indistructable. The other wallets still serve a purpose for long term set and forget holding but you can't beat the tangem wallet for being able to use it on the go. This is an excellent product and with a few small tweaks it could be flawless!
