Walnut Cookie Maker 16 halves
Simple steps to extend the life of your updated dishes: When using for the first time, wipe the surface with the soft side of the sponge with detergent, and rinse under warm water! When it dries, apply vegetable oil to the surface. All is ready! Always cook on low and medium heat! This will help to keep healthy items in the food!
- Please wipe the mold with a sponge before first use in case there is any metal dust remaining from the factory casting.
- It is necessary to grease the mold with oil at the beginning of cooking, once.

HOW TO COOK NUTS?
RECIPE:
* Melted butter 200 gm/0.4LB,
*2 eggs,
*Sugar ¾ glasses (150 gm/0.3 LB),
*Salt ¼ teaspoon,
*Vanilla to taste (optional),
*Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon,
*Vinegar about 1/2 tablespoons,
*All-purpose flour 3.5 glasses (455 gm/1 LB),
*Oil (to grease the maker, before baking the first batch of dough only).
PREPARATION:
Mix sugar with salt, vanilla, and eggs. Pour in melted (cooled of) butter. Mix it. Pour vinegar over baking soda (above the mixture, as it will foam and escape from the spoon), and stir it really well. Add the flour (1 glass at a time). Knead the dough on the table. Form little balls. Use a ½ teaspoon measuring spoon, and they turned out to be just the perfect size. Preheat the greased maker. Place the balls into the form. Keep it about a minute and a half on one side, and then about a minute on the other. You can peek during the cooking to see if the shells are getting golden in color. After they are baked, you just open it above the plate and the nut shells fall right out.

Love the size and how quickly it worked to make these. Super easy to use especially if making them over gas stove. I had the dough divided into 4 grams balls for faster cooking.

Very happy with this purchase. Got pleasantly surprised that the pan was made in Ukraine.After a couple trial runs have to admit that the key is definitely to stick to the recipe provided with the pan precisely!After trying to tweak it, I gave up, used the said recipe and got perfect results. Made balls using exactly 1/2tsp of dough = 4.5-5g each. Cooked for 2mins on one side and 1.5mins on the other using setting 4 out of 10 on the gas stove. The full recipe yielded roughly 170 halves = 85 walnuts in my case and required 2 cans of dulce de leche / cooked condensed milk to assemble. It took me roughly 3 hours from start to finish.I am pretty sure that the blank residue will be there only if you don’t wash the pan well enough. It was definitely there before the wash (which is normal for this kind of material), but hasn’t reappeared after. Also, aluminum marks very easily in production, so some surface scratches on a new pan are to be expected. They don’t affect the quality or performance of the item, and it’s very funny to see other comments about them 🙃

This device is very complicated to operate you need to be constantly checking or it will burn your cookies. Also, you need to handle it very carefully or you will get burned.

Was little hesitant about purchasing this reading reviews. Finding the right amount of dough balls took a few try’s but once you get the hang of it it’s pretty easy. The walnut size is smaller then what I am use to but still pretty decent. Also made these on electric stove not gas. Overall satisfied. The metal does rub off on first use just make sure to wash good

Me entusiasmaba usar ya el molde pero al recibirlo noté que tenÃa unas rajadas profundas en los mangos que no afectan la funcionalidad pero comprometen su desempeño futuro, decidà regresarlo porque las varillas de metal están chuecas y eso hará que el espesor de la masa en cada galleta no sea parejo.
