The sword stand is pretty good for what you're paying for offering good stability for even heavy swords. It fits almost any type of katana for the use of display as a piece of decoration. It comes unassembled so you have to assemble it yourself but it's pretty straightforward to do. It will also last you a long time so you don't have to worry about it breaking down. It does well against water too but most likely not resistant to long exposure over time. It has a nice traditional design to it as well offering a really nice look to the overall ambiance that it brings to the area it's placed in and makes any katana stand out more when placed on it.

Der Ständer kommt in einem überraschend kleinen Paket und ist leicht zu montieren. Die Halter nach oben haben nur eine Steckverbindung. Hochheben ist schwierig oder man hilft mit Holzleim oder Schrauben nach. Nachtrag 20.05.: ich habe die Halter von unten mit Schrauben fixiert. Das ist sehr hilfreich, man kann den ganzen Ständer jetzt einfach hochheben.Ich habe ihn für meine Langbögen gekauft - und es funktioniert erwartungsgemäß.Für Schwerter gemacht und sicher auch geeignet.Ich hätte mir noch gewünscht, dass die Halterungen leicht ausgepolstert sind, aber das lässt sich mit Samtband oder ähnlichem sicher noch machen.Nachtrag 09.05.: ich habe inzwischen mit zugeschnittenen schwarzen Hut Umfang Verkleinerern ausgepolstert. Dachte erst 5 mm dick wäre zu viel aber für meine Bögen passt es perfekt ðŸ‘Sieht insgesamt etwas hochwertiger aus als es ist, aber es passt.
