I have to plug it right next to an outlet and doesn’t completely warm the food. Not sure it’s this one is defective.

I ordered this awhile ago and I finally got a chance to use it. I had some coworkers over for dinner and used the warming pad to keep two large pans of lasagna warm.The pad has three warming settings so depending on how hot you need to keep your meal, you can adjust it. It did well keeping the pans of lasagna warm.It has enough surface area to easily fit two pans of lasagna so that was really great. It is easy to use, has good sized buttons and it functions well. There are three buttons for three different heat temps and it rolls up nicely and fits into a carrying case.It is relatively easy to wipe off after use, but I would like if you could rinse it in the sink, which is why I subtracted a star.

This is such a great product! It is compact and portable. It literally rolls up....so it can be stored in a number of different places. You plug it in and set your containers on top. I spilled a bit of sauce on it and it was so easy to clean off. It is a silicone type of material. I highly recommend this!

This is a nice little food warmer. It's great to use when cooking multiple items for guests. I don't have to keep stuff on the stove to keep it warm, and I dont have to reheat things.

Gone! Gone are the old heavy warming trays that I’ve used for years to keep food warm at family dinners. This mat (and perhaps a second one in the future) has come to the rescue. Mine arrived in good shape 5 days after ordering. I’ll store it upstairs. No more carrying the old big ones up from the basement cupboard. I can store the mat easily because it is a big flat silicone rectangle that rolls up, ties with a velcro band, and slips into a bag for easy storage. It’s light and compact. What else do I like about it? Let me count the ways. The controls are easy to see and use since they are right on top along one side. One of my big old trays hid the controls down on the dark side, where I couldn’t see how to set it. (My husband took care of that.) The TS button (what’s that?) enables you to switch between the three heat settings, and the mat does get evenly hot, and fast. Only the top and bottom edges (about 1/2 inch each) don’t heat up. All the dishes in the photo got hot quickly on high. I will monitor the settings so my food doesn’t get crusty on the bottom. Obviously, the mat is roomy. In case you’re interested, the cord is about 6 feet long. Works for me! I like that you can keep food warm (my main goal), but there’s more. I softened butter, but it will melt if you’re not watching. I defrosted a packet of rotisserie chicken in just a few minutes and left it awhile to warm up. Now pancakes can stay warm if I’m making a bunch. I hate serving (and eating) cold food. Won’t my guests be happy?! I know I am.
